<p>It was a mother’s day and I wanted to surprise a mom with flowers. Immediately I thought of 1800FLOWERS. I reached out for my Blackberry and dialed 1800FLOWERS… or so I thought!</p>
<p>After numerous “frustrating” trials I realized that I cannot call 1800FLOWERS from my Blackberry … for that matter any Blackberry!!!</p>
<p>Blackberry buttons are designed and arranged in a very different way, and numbers and letters on Blackberry buttons do not align the same way as that of any standard phone.</p>
<p>Try dialing 1800FLOWERS, 1800RENTACAR, 1800CONTACTS, 1800DRYCLEAN  from Blackberry and you will realize how the basics of “Useful and Usable” have been violated by such a popular and widely use device as Blackberry.</p>
